Crossing the Threshold - a creative exploration into life, death and transition

This day workshop offers the opportunity to take space for yourself to explore ideas about death and dying through silent reflection and the use of art materials (clay, paint, crayons, pastels, charcoal and found objects.)
Discover what your inner wisdom might reveal as you allow the present moment to guide you in an adventure of unknowing.
The day will start with
silence and short experiential exercises leading into a longer period of making and sharing.
No previous experience necessary.
