Living and Dying Well in Care Homes

This free session is primarily aimed at people working in care homes and is an opportunity to explore ways to support residents, families and carers when someone in the home is dying.
Come and be part of a conversation about good practice around the practical and emotional ways we can support each other and ourselves by learning from each other about ways to create a positive experience at the end of life.
